2011 NATIONALS TEAM LOCK-IN
On Saturday, June 11th, the WMAF Nationals Team had their annual Lock-In!  The evening began as the team members went to Dulles Town Center for a scavenger hunt - boys against girls!!  Although it was a close race, the girls emerged victorious, after which the team enjoyed dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.  After returning to the dojo, they played some games and enjoyed cupcakes... perhaps enjoying them a little too much!!  The evening was capped off with motivational movies, and the next morning our karatekas showed their dedication to victory by having a practice session before leaving. 

The USA-NKF National Championships are less than a month away.  Victory starts now!
